Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver and improve the service:

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), company name (optional).
• API usage — requests, response codes, timestamps, IP address, user agent.
• Billing data — payment method tokens (held by our payment processor, never by us), invoice history.
• Meeting metadata — room IDs, participant counts, session duration. We do not record audio or video unless you explicitly enable cloud recording.

• To provide and maintain the LIQAA Cloud service.
• To bill you and prevent fraud.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send essential service notifications (security alerts, billing receipts, account changes).
• To improve product reliability via aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use meeting content for AI training.

Video and audio streams are encrypted in transit using DTLS-SRTP. Real-time messages within a meeting are end-to-end encrypted between participants — TKAWEN GROUP cannot read meeting messages.

Persistent chat messages (outside live meetings) are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

• Meeting metadata — retained for 90 days for analytics, then aggregated.
• Recordings — retained for the duration of your subscription, deleted on cancellation.
• Account data — retained until you delete your account. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
• Billing records — retained as required by applicable tax laws (typically 7 years).

We use a limited set of trusted infrastructure providers:

• Cloud hosting & CDN
• Email delivery (transactional only)
• Payment processing
• Error monitoring & uptime alerting

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Restrict processing or object to specific uses.

We use the minimum cookies required to keep you signed in (session cookie) and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We follow industry best practices: HTTPS everywhere, encryption at rest, principle of least privilege, regular dependency audits, and a public security disclosure program. Read more at liqaa.io/security.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
