1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the LIQAA API, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service description
LIQAA Cloud is a real-time communication platform operated by TKAWEN GROUP that provides:
- Video and audio conferencing infrastructure (SFU + WebRTC).
- Real-time messaging APIs and SDKs.
- Webhooks, REST APIs, and a JavaScript SDK for embedding video calls into your application.
- Customer console for managing API keys, plans, and usage.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information during signup and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API secret keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You may not share API keys across organizations or resell them.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local or international laws.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or impersonate others.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the service for surveillance without all participants' informed consent where required by law.
- Distribute malware or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Exceed your plan limits to deliberately degrade service for other customers.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Pricing & payment
- Plan pricing is published on liqaa.io/pricing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Failed payments are retried; if unresolved within 7 days, the plan downgrades to Free.
- Refunds are issued case-by-case for billing errors. Contact billing@tkawen.com.
- Usage above your plan limits is throttled, not surcharged, unless explicitly opted in.
6. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of your data, content, and recordings.
- TKAWEN GROUP retains ownership of the LIQAA platform, SDKs, and brand.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service.
7. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from the console.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
- On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless legal retention applies.
8. Service-level objective
We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. Status: status.liqaa.io. Paid plans include service credits for missed SLO; details on request.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKAWEN GROUP's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TKAWEN GROUP against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TKAWEN GROUP is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
